Joan
Rivers calls President Obama Gay!
Joan Rivers, a comedian best known for
her cosmetic surgeries and hosting red carpet events, cracked a joke the other
day regarding the President’s sexual orientation. According to the Hoffington post, she stated
that President Obama is the first gay president and that furthermore, his wife
is transgendered.
Rivers has been known to take her jokes
too far but that’s what keeps her material fresh and edgy. I have watched her many times before on her
television shows: Joan & Melissa (WE TV) and Fashion Police (E!). That being said, I already don’t doubt that
Rivers would make a joke like this. I
couldn’t find any references on the page, however, I did watch the video clip
posted on the site, where Rivers calls Obama gay and further insults his
wife.
Again, I did not see any sources on this
page; however, I do find The Hoffington Post to be a reliable source of
news. The video helps as well. Since I am a fan of Joan Rivers’, I can say
that I am pretty sure this is something she would say, so I doubt the video was
altered or edited. However, if I did not
know much about Rivers’, I may not find this article accurate.

I can not stand Joan Rivers! I get that it is her brand to be vulgar and mean, by she drives me nuts! I can't even watch Fashion Police because some of the stuff she says goes a little too far. With that said, she's is great at getting herself press and attention and I have no doubt in my mind that she said this about Obama, being silly or playful. I'd kill for her career.
